Ferruccio Busoni Violin Concerto
The Surrey Mozart Players are delighted to introduce dazzling Greek-born violinist Efi Christodoulou to play the Busoni Violin Concerto in celebration of the composer's 150th anniversary this year. Also on the programme are En Saga - a beautiful orchestral tone poem by Sibelius together with his 6th Symphony. This Finale Gala concert highlights the versatility of this fine orchestra whose successful season has included classical repertoire, a world premiere and some of the finest music from the Romantic era.
